How to Plan and Order your private tour?

1. Select your destinationsWhen you visit Japan , you don't want to just follow any generic tour. You want to visit those specific sites that appeal to your own personal interests. From the top page, just follow our easy site classification system. The first layer is 'categories'. Under each category is a list of 'themes'. For example, under the 'Food' category, you will find 'Sushi', 'Soba', 'Okonomi-yaki'...etc.Each theme features multiple destinations that may not be found in the guidebooks. They are carefully selected and evaluated by our editors to offer you the best value and quality. |

2. Request sample itinerary (for Free!)If you are not sure whether your choice of destinations can fit within your time-frame, or whether they are accessible during that particular time of year, don't worry. We will consult our guides' knowledge of each location, route, and accessibility and organize the most efficient plan possible. Simply go to 'Request Itinerary', fill in the required field and click 'send'. You will receive your tentative itinerary within 48 hours. |

3. Evaluate the itinerary and choose a guideNow you can check your tentative itinerary and make sure it suits you. Along with the itinerary, you will receive a list of guides available for your trip. We will provide an online link to each guide where you can view their introduction videos. |

4. Place your orderOnce you have chosen your guide, indicate him or her in the form and proceed to 'checkout'. Do not forget to include your itinerary number with it. You can pay via PayPal or COD. In either case, your order is subject to our cancellation policy. *Your guide is reserved after we receive your order. He/she may not be available by the time you place the order if another client has already reserved the guide for that time frame. |

5. Fine tune your tripYou may come up with more questions regarding the sites you are visiting or about your trip preparation. Upon receiving your order, we will provide you with the guide's contact address. Feel free to ask the guide anything about the trip. If you have any particular thing you want to do or buy, just consult the guide. |
